Commercial Construction
Getting your project off the ground is one thing, but keeping the project moving and effectively and efficiently dealing with any roadblocks or hurdles is another. Level Projects have significant hands-on experience from both a Project Management AND a direct trades perspective, so we can handle any situation at any level throughout the duration of the Project.

Environmental Sustainability
With increasing environmental sustainability issues locally and worldwide, Level Projects understand and acknowledge that the construction industry must change to ensure a safe and healthy future for our planet.

We are accredited with ISO14001 for environmental management systems.

Early Contractor involvement is one of the areas we enjoy most as in our experience, it is the most significant indicator of a successful project outcome for both the customer and the client.

Safety
Safety is our number one priority. There is no substitute for it. We are moulding our own culture in the construction industry, where on-site safety comes before everything. We care about our contractors, and we want to see them go home at the end of every day to their families. Likewise, we realise that people who feel safe are happy. So we continually strive to make our workplaces safe, happy and healthy.
Level projects are accredited with ISO 45001. This means we regularly carry out internal audits, and are externally audited by accreditation certifiers to ensure our safety systems are working.
We are proud of our safety record, and we don’t apologise for the lengths we go to, to keep it in-tact.
Local - General & Specific
We are local and support local, so we always prefer local trades and suppliers that are experienced and have a proven track record. We prefer to engage based on relationships and trust. We prefer the local contractor who is down the road rather than the contractor from out of town.
Over the years we have built a strong network of local trades and suppliers who understand our safety and quality requirements and are professional. We build relationships with these teams and rely on their expertise and commitment.
Our team does not finish with the employees wearing Level Projects shirts, but feeds down through all our contractors, consultants and suppliers. We are only as good as our weakest team member – so we make sure we can trust all our team working on your project.
